New Student Registration for September 2023
Millburn Township Schools
New Student Registration
Start Here: PreRegistration Form
New Student Registration for the 2023-2024 school year uses the enrollment system provided through the district’s student information system, PowerSchool. Parents of incoming new students -- all grades from PK to 12 -- are encouraged to register as early as possible, so the school district can plan for the number of students who will be attending in the Fall of 2023.
- Parents of students entering Millburn Schools in September 2023 will begin the registration process by entering the majority of their information online through PowerSchool.
Requirements for Registration
- Children must be 5 by October 1 to enter Kindergarten, or 6 by October 1 to enter 1st grade as per Policy 5112.
- Only a parent or legal guardian may register a student in the Millburn School District.
- To attend Millburn Schools a family must be domiciled in a permanent residence located in Millburn Township.
- The district does not allow out-of-district families to attend Millburn schools by paying tuition.
There are TWO Steps in the Registration process
- Click here for the Link to the PreRegistration Form
- After submitting the Preregistration form you will receive an email that the form has been received and the Registrar will review the form to confirm residency.
- On the left column, click on FORMS and then the Enrollment Tab
- You must read and sign the first form in order to move forward with the registration process.
- The Registration “package” consists of TEN (10) forms that ALL must be completed, required documents uploaded, and submitted before your registration will be approved.
- You may SAVE forms to return to them later, by clicking on the Next tab to move ahead. You can also log in again later to the Forms to upload documents or add more information.
If you do not have a scanner at home, we can recommend the phone app Genius Scan. It's free and easy to use. This app is a helpful tool to scan any document and convert it into PDF.
