As Millburn embarks on its Strategic Planning journey, we are laying the groundwork for a thoughtful and collaborative process with the guidance of The Madison Institute (TMI Education). Early steps include identifying data sets already available and determining those still needed to complete a thorough needs assessment. We are also designing, delivering, and compiling partner surveys to ensure that voices from across the community are heard. In addition, a shared data resource folder is being developed for the District Planning Team to promote transparency and collaboration. Together, these efforts will provide a strong foundation for shaping Millburn’s vision for the future.

All members of the Millburn Public School community will be invited to participate in focus groups to share their input on the new Strategic Plan. We anticipate that nearly 150 people will take part in these groups, and many more will respond to the community survey.
